We educate expectant parents on labor hormones, maternal anatomy, our autonimic nervous system, optimal labor positions, personalized birth planning, various labor and delivery options, pain management strategies, post-birth nursing, and so much more!

Through techniques that promote relaxation and personal confidence, HypnoBirthing seeks to alleviate anxiety and stress, resulting in a serene, empowering, and pleasant birth experience for both her and her partner.
