Sister Owned Business

Our names are Chantal and Rachelle. We are sisters, 8 years apart, who have a HUGE PASSION for birth and educating as many people who will listen. We are certified HypnoBirthing Instructors and Birth Doulas who want everyone to go into their birth journey feeling prepared and supported. We are both from The Netherlands and noticed that there was a HUGE gap between what birth CAN look like verse what is happening over here in the USA. Between the two of us, we have had a cesarean birth, Homebirth, Homebirth transfer unmedicated, and a hospital epidural birth. (We have experienced it all! )

Rachelle Navarro, HypnoBirthing Educator & Birth Doula

Hi! I am Rachelle. Wife, mother, Swiftie, and guilty of being a birth junkie. I started Happy Birthing with the vision to be able to care for families by providing much needed support and empowering them with knowledge!

If I am not already talking about something birth related then you will find me playing with my 3 boys (ages 1, 8 & 10), hiking somewhere, listening to Taylor Swift as loud as I can in the car, or glued behind a fantasy book with a warm cup of tea in my hand.

I live in Arizona where I became a DONA Certified Birth Doula and HypnoBirthing Instructor, but I learned most of my skills and knowledge while living overseas for 8 years in The Netherlands. That is where I had two of my children unmedicated and where my eyes were opened to a whole new world of birth options and the reality that birthing a baby could be CALM, BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL even… EXCITING.

I want women to feel empowered and to know all of their choices in the birthing room! I want every mamma to know they are in control of their own bodies and it knows what it is doing!!

Chantal Eagan, HypnoBirthing Educator

Hi!! I am Chantal Eagan and I am a mother of 3 amazing kids. When I can find time for myself, I love to ride horses, hike, explore the world and read a good book. Being blessed to have a gay son, I have a special place in my heart for and am a huge supporter of the LGBTQ community.

I first experienced childbirth 19 years ago and to say the least I was very unprepared. All my life I thought it was simple. Get married to a wonderful man, get pregnant, have a baby nine months later and live happily ever after, right? Then the reality of life smacked me right in the face. I thought I was more than prepared but boy was I wrong! After 24 hours of intense labor I was rushed into the operating room for an emergency Cesarean. Something I have no doubt that could have been avoided if I had been prepared. I wish I knew then what I know now and had the knowledge of HypnoBirthing to create a Happy, Calm and Confident experience rather than the difficult and traumatic one I went through.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I have seen firsthand the difference HypnoBirthing makes in delivering a calm and even exciting experience for so many women. I am determined and excited to teach other women how to have the beautiful, joyful and rewarding experience that childbirth can be. I am thrilled to partner up with my sister Rachelle and join the Happy Birthing team where mothers can get answers, comfort and the support they deserve!

Alex Neville, Birth Doula, Photographer & HypnoBirthing Educator

Hi!! I am Alex. Growing up I felt paralyzing fear when it came to labor and birth. This crippling fear led me on a journey of delving into books, podcasts, birth stories, videos, and evidence based research. I was shocked when I discovered birth could be empowering, beautiful, and even peaceful. I took a hypnobabies class when I was pregnant with my first son. It was here I first heard the word doula. With it being so close to my guess date I did not hire one.

Once I got to the hospital things didn’t go as I had wanted. I felt many procedures were pushed onto me and I didn’t know I could say no. If you were to ask my husband or me what was “missing” at that birth we would both say in unison… a DOULA! I always joked that at my next birth I wanted ten of them! That is what launched me on this journey of birth work.

I believe in our ability to birth. My goal is to educate, serve, reduce stress, and hold space for you physically and emotionally while your birth story unfolds. My wish is for moms to feel beautifully cared for, heard, and respected. This is your birth. Your way!

I received my doula training and certification through Babymoon Inn Birth Center. I also am a Hypnobabies certified doula. I have goals to one day become a lactation consultant.

Bailey Rogers, HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator

Hi! I’m Bailey. Having had two very different birth experiences and now knowing the importance of education and being prepared, I am so passionate about teaching HypnoBirthing! I recently had an unmedicated birth center birth that showed me how powerful HypnoBirthing is, and that it truly works.

I just think that our bodies are so incredibly capable and made for birth, and that when we feel calm, safe, prepared, confident & empowered, birth can be an experience that is truly life changing.

When I’m not talking about birth you can find me raising my babies, listening to a podcast, spending time with friends and family, riding horses, doing farm chores, or taking a class at the gym! I love a good beach vacation or game night with friends, & eating out at one of my favorite restaurants or getting a treat will always be something I’m in the mood for.

Morgan Bowers, Birth Doula & Photographer

Hi!! I’m Morgan. I am a certified Doula and Birth photographer. I am married to my best friend and have two beautiful little girls. I was born and raised in AZ and grew up in the West Valley. I have an absolute love for the beach and dream of the day I can buy a vacation home on one of the Hawaiian islands. On my off time I am probably watching a crime documentary, doing a project around my house, or playing with my girls.

I have a passion and love for all things pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. This started a couple years ago after I had my first daughter. I was unprepared and ended up having an unplanned unmedicated birth. After that experience I was very driven to understand and educate myself for when I would have my next baby. I recently had a beautiful home birth and that really sparked a light inside of me that drove me to birth work.

Every woman deserves to have an incredible and sacred birth experience. I can’t wait to be apart of your birth story and to serve, hold, and support you through the most beautiful experience of bringing your baby earth side.

April Lemos, Birth Doula & Photographer

Hi! My name is April. I am a birth doula and birth photographer. My husband and I have been on one big adventure moving from California, to Alaska with the military and now settling in Arizona since August of 2022. We are glad to have a place called home here.

My passion and love for this work started out of nowhere. I knew since I was young that I wanted to be involved in the birth space but didn’t know how. After stumbling across the term “doula” in a book that I was reading, I quickly looked it up and thought to myself “Wow, I would love to do that”,  and I was right. Once I started, it not only confirmed that I would, in fact, love it but it also opened up new doors to new and significant ways to support mothers and families. It’s become a role that is much bigger than myself and my own journey.

My hope with being on the HappyBirthing team is to help make birth a beautiful, inspiring memory and not something that has to be feared and/or endured.

When I’m not talking about the amazing process of birth & pregnancy, I like to dive into my creativity by taking (probably way too many) pictures. Whether it be out in nature, a random photoshoot with friends or capturing pregnancy, birth and all that it includes along the way! My husband and I also love trying new restaurants, going to the gym and watching all the latest movies and TV shows.

Haley Clegg, HypnoBirthing Educator, Birth Doula

Hi! My name is Haley Clegg, and I am a Hypnobirthing Educator. I became birth-obsessed in a childhood development class over 15 years ago. As I went on to college, I built a career in human resources and marketing for corporate healthcare. I saw firsthand how the medical industry works. As I got married and decided to start my own family, I wanted to arm myself with any and all material that would provide me with evidence-based information. From podcasts, to books, to classes, to mothers sharing their first-hand experiences they all led me to Hypnobirthing.

I took a class and knew in my bones that what I was learning was exactly what I needed to feel empowered and ready to bring my babies earth side. After having the birth I always dreamed of, I wanted to help and empower other mothers to take control of their own births no matter what that vision was. This passion led me to become a Hypnobirthing educator.

When I am not teaching I am a multimedia artist, usually wrapped in my latest project and jamming out to Taylor Swift. I’ve been married to the love of my life for 7 years and I love raising our little girl and being the queen of my homemaking scene.

Courtney Olsen, Birth Doula & Photographer

Hi! I’m Courtney! I’m an Arizona native, been married for 9 years, and have two beautiful children with a third on the way! I love to travel and have so many places I want to check off my list, but so far my favorite city is Rome. I also really love music! It is truly something that brings me joy. I listen to a variety of genres, but I would consider myself an old soul listening to 60’s/70’s/80’s music majority of the time! My family and I enjoy spending time on the lake, going camping, hiking, and riding bikes together.

I am fascinated with all things birth related! I never get tired of listening to birth stories or learning something new. Every birth is unique and special, and my goal is to provide a calm, judge free, and safe space where I can support families through their individual birth journey! I believe in the mind-body connection and trusting in your body and the birthing process. I am passionate about providing support to families as well as evidence-based information so that mothers can feel informed and confident in their decisions. I think birth is so beautiful and I am thankful for every opportunity that I get to serve mothers in my community.

Anna Stone, Birth Doula

Hi! My name is Anna and I became entranced with everything birth related when I was pregnant with our first son 6 years ago. As the first in my close group of friends to start a family, I wanted to go into my birth experience armed with knowledge. I couldn’t listen to enough birth story podcasts!! After my own empowering birth experience, I knew I had to find a way to help others do the same. Fast forward 5 years, I was pregnant with our third child and realized there was never going to be a perfect time to jump into the birth world. I decided to get certified as a birth doula and can’t imagine a better job in the world. I am passionate about helping parents enter the birth space with confidence and evidence based information.

My husband and I have been married for 7 years and have 3 beautiful children. I love trips to the beach, singing in the car with the windows down, and drinking coffee with a good book in hand.

Birth is transformative. When a baby is born, so is a mother. I am honored each time I get to witness the miracle of birth and am so grateful to serve the moms in our community.

London Jones, Birth Doula & Photographer

Hi! I'm London! Lover of country music, thrifting and halloween etc.! When I was 13 I had the life changing experience of being in the room (my room) when my youngest sister was born! It was my moms 7th unmedicated birth and 2nd homebirth. The midwife asked if I wanted to catch my sister. She handed me a towel and I caught her. It was the most beautiful/pure thing I had ever witnessed. I sobbed happy tears!

Fast forward to having two babies of my own. 1st medicated in a hospital and 2nd in a birth center unmedicated after taking Happy Birthing classes. If I wanted that unmedicated birth I knew I was going to need to put the work in! Happy Birthing taught me all my options, educated me on all things birth and prepped me to put in the work necessary to have the birth I envisioned. Because birth is predictably unpredictable, it's important to educate yourself and be proactive in preparing yourself!

Birth is so personal and special. All moms deserve support no matter how your baby is born. It’s truly beautiful and empowering when women learn for themselves they were made for this and they are in charge!

I'm an AZ native married 9yrs to my childhood crush Dallin. We have Camden and Madeline who we adore. I have a passion for this work and supporting couples in their journey. I would be honored to serve you in your birth space!
