One-night breastfeeding classes offer new mothers essential knowledge and hands-on guidance to initiate and sustain successful breastfeeding. These sessions cover topics such as latch techniques, recognizing hunger cues, managing common challenges, and understanding the nutritional benefits for both mother and baby. Conducted in a supportive group environment, the class focuses on building confidence, helping mothers feel empowered for their breastfeeding journey.
Classes are always held on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00 pm at Gilbert Family Birth Center, 875 N Greenfield Rd STE 101, Gilbert, AZ 85234
